Major Projects

Helping the community.

The MPJ Foundation’s vision is to help the rural Punjab (India) community achieve better health outcomes holistically. Learn more about our different projects and initiatives, including our medical camps and clean water programs.

  • The Charitable Hospital

With 4 primary doctors and over 10 nurses, we serve over 100 patients per day. With modern facilities allowing for blood testing, x-rays and ECG’s, our experienced doctors are able to assess, advise and treat a wide variety of medical issues. With only a nominal fee (less than 1/10th of normal hospitals), we rely significantly on the donations and support of the community.

  • Medical Camps

Our quarterly medical camps are available to many Punjabi villages in proximity to our Rampur facility. We organise a wide variety of volunteering doctors and nurses from across the state, including eye and ENT specialists alongside haematologists. These camps are completely free! Following these check-ups and diagnostic testing, the development of prescriptions for a huge number of individuals occurs. These camps enable people to assess their future health needs, such as the requirement for eye check-ups or osteoporosis care, and medicine is provided to the masses. We reach almost 300 individuals each medical camp day, allowing MPJ to positively impact the medical wellbeing of many.

  • Clean Water Project

We take our easy access to clean water for granted every day. But clean water is something that many don’t have access to. Accessible clean water alone can prevent a huge number of illnesses in rural communities. Under our Clean Water Project, we’ve distributed over 100 water filters to villages in rural Punjab, helping prevent common disease spread.

Help us do more.

With your help, we can expand our reach and services to the community. Your donation means the world to not only us, but the rural Punjab community.
